Resilient Life Coaching
Meet Coach Darrell
Alignment. Clarity. Legacy.

The Origin
Darrell’s path into coaching began with his own transformation. Training at Powerhouse, he discovered what the human body is capable of when guided with intention and discipline. What he saw in the mirror wasn’t just physical change — it was proof that obstacles can be overcome. That realization lit a fire. He became a trainer so others could experience the same.
“It is easy to do what you want to do. It is hard to do what you have to do.”
The Philosophy
That distinction sits at the heart of everything Coach Darrell does. Training is instruction, discipline, and accountability — three things most people can’t give themselves. Transformation isn’t a program. It’s a commitment to what you have to do, honored one session at a time.
The Method
Every client begins with a movement screen and a real conversation. Coach Darrell assesses where you are — physically, mentally, and energetically — and adjusts. He doesn’t count reps. He builds people. Goals are set based on your assessment, age, posture, initial performance, and capacity. The program evolves as you do.
His work spans strength training, muscle development, nutrition, breathwork woven into movement, and lifestyle coaching — sleep, stress, recovery. Everything that affects your capacity to perform and thrive is on the table.
The Daily Practice
Coach Darrell lives what he teaches. Every day begins with prayer and meditation, continues with martial training, and anchors in the weight room. The integration of mind, body, and spirit is not a selling point — it is his life. Rooted in traditional shamanism and African spirituality, he brings a depth of practice that goes well beyond fitness.
The Mission
Coach Darrell is a problem solver. He serves the people. His proudest moments are not awards or numbers — they are the 300-pound woman who lost 100 pounds and found herself, the 37-year-old man who said his body changed his life, and the client who transformed so completely that he became a trainer himself. That is legacy.
